He’s both an agent and a junior high school physical education teacher who has worked with students and athletes as a teacher and coach since 2001.

This unique background means he’s a strong communicator with a loyal, hardworking, service-driven approach. He enjoys working collaboratively with clients to help them make their dreams a reality.

Ethan Jennings is friendly and easy to talk to, and he'll answer any real estate question you might have. In fact, if he doesn't know the answer, he will research the question until he finds the answer. Ethan is dedicated to a variety of community and non-profit organizations including the Nazareth Evangelical Lutheran Church, The Cedar Valley United Way, the Cedar Falls School Foundation, and the University of Northern Iowa. He enjoys spending time with family, reading, and fishing.
